The tour we took with Jonas was fantastic. GmbH combined chocolate making, cheese making and wine tasting into one tour. Fun for the whole family. We hired a driver to take us around Zurich to do some sightseeing. Our driver/guide Nuno was incredible; gentle, patient, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, had sense of humor, always with a smile. He went above and beyond that we will all feel comfortable. Even my 88 years old grandmother that needed much assistance in getting in and out of the car and walking. Thank you so much! We had a fantastic trip to Switzerland last week. We are a family of 13 traveling from the USA, Taiwan and Romania to see Switzerland! We took a private tour with Nuno L, who was our designed driver & guide for a day to the Rhine Falls and surrounding attractions! Nuno was super thoughtful, kind, patient, she is super easy and fun to work with. Especially our group has a mix of elderly and young kids, which is harder to manage. Nuno delivered and we will book him again when we return!L M

Swiss Epic Tours delivered an "epic" family vacation for our group of 6 adults from the United States. A big "shout out" to Catharina and our driver guides for helping to coordinate and deliver on our private tours and transport to and from Zurich airport. I cannot say enough great things about The Swiss Tour company. I worked very closely with Catharina And her amazing team of tour guides as well as drivers. I had a family of 11 of all age groups and not only did Catharina Make everything simple and efficient, but the tours were magnificent! All the Tour guides were extremely flexible and really genuine. I booked a private tour for our group, family of 8 members ranging from ages 35 to 88. Catharina was fantastic with keeping in touch with me and accommodating my wants and keeping attention to my needs and considering the ages and physical limitations of my group. Mr. Stephan greeted us at our hotel promptly with a big cheery smile and demeanor. A beautiful and comfortable coach with more than ample room for all of us!! The sights he brought us to were those out of postcards!! Unbelievable how beautiful this country is! Our party of 8 recently got back home to the US after an amazing 10 days vacation in Switzerland. We had an amazing day in the Bernese Oberland with Fernando. Truly a 5 star, luxury experience, Fernando takes you to all the “can’t miss” spots, but also some hidden gems, like Isenfluh. If you really want to experience the beauty of the alps, I highly recommend Epic Swiss Tours and Fernando.
